I appreciated the friendly staff who answered all my questions. breakfast was varied. It was also well-prepared. the hotel had a young, comfortable atmosphere. the staff showed such FRIENDLINESS in resolving any queries.

the hotel is quite a distance from the center, it requires taking a train or metro. you also need to walk a bit

The location was convenient. I easily accessed the underground train system. it made navigating the area straightforward. i appreciated being within walking distance of both the danube and sizable parks. the self-service luggage storage in the basement was useful.

the breakfast seemed overpriced relative to the quality of some items, such as the croissants.

Solid stay near the metro

I liked the automatic check in and the ability to open my door with an app. The bed was comfortable. I had enough towels. I also found a sofa and stool in the room. The metro station was nearby, so it was easy to get to places.

The WiFi was not strong on the 4th floor. I used my cellular data in the room.

the location suited me well because it was close to the austria center. reaching donaupark and donauturm was easy with a short walk. the self-check-in process was simple..

the breakfast felt overpriced considering the quality. i found that room service was unavailable. on my second day, i learned that room service and towel changes only happened if you asked.

the location was good for my meeting. breakfast choice was also good.

i asked for an iron for two days, but they couldn't provide one. i am really upset about that. there was a kettle without any teabag.
